I meant to comment before today, I really did!!!! But what with one thing and another I haven't. I'm sorry!
I can't wait to see your hair Telima. I prefer my hair short, but Jeff prefers it long so we're almost always struggling over that. I have promised Jeff that for his Father's Day present, I won't cut my hair this summer. That's when I typically do it. It just gets so HOT down here! I hardly ever even feel the urge to cut it during the cooler months. So there you go. For Father's Day, Jeff is getting longer hair on his wife.
As far as TV goes, we keep it on mostly, but it's more along the lines of background noise. I can't say that I actually sit down and watch it all that much. Mostly, my kids follow me in that respect. They are always doing something else on top of the TV. Coloring, reading, ect. I tried running the radio instead, but it just wasn't the same at all. I couldn't quite get into it the same. Oh, well, it was mostly on at home while we were growing up. It's a habit.
All three of my older kids came home yesterday asking about the swine flu. Obviously Benjamin got more information then Jacob, but they all got it. I talked with each of them about how they don't need to worry and such, about how no one in Arizona had it yet and so on and so on. And then this morning I woke up to the first US death to it, in Texas. But the good news is that it seems to be plateauing in Mexico.
On the other front. All of my copies of my book are now officially out for editing. I have three people going over them for grammar, tense, sentence structure and such. I should have them back soon and I'll get it taken care of. Thank you again Caren, so much, I can't even tell you! I official registered it last night at the copyright office so I'm in business!
