Locks of Love

So, anyone know anything about Locks of Love? Tyler and I were talking about it last night, and I realized that I didn't know much about the program except that you have to have at least ten inches of hair to donate. My hair is getting pretty long and I'm planning on chopping it off. I thought I would donate it if it was long enough. Does anyone know anything about the program? Can I go anywhere to get it done and donated, or will I have to go to a specific place? Has anyone ever done it before? Did it go the way you thought it would? Just wondering!
