Thank you so much for the suggestion. It is something we have actually tried in the past. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Heather can't seem to get over her anger and frustration to get anything out of it. Heather seems to go into an almost self loathing behavior that disturbs me on many levels. She says that she "doesn't deserve anything good" and is kind of punishing herself for her breakdowns.

We keep trying though. She does love to draw! By the way, she hasn't had a break down today. We managed to get through church without tears! Yeah!
