Bragging ahead

One day.
One deep freeze.
Two sessions of conference.
3 pre-schoolers.
2 adults.
One kitchen.

Four pans of enchiladas.
3 pans of Fiesta Chicken Salad.
15 lbs of cooked, shredded chicken.
30 chimichangas.
20 chicken quesadillas.
Two big chicken pot pies.
Two meals worth of crescent chicken filling.
One quick chick creole dinner.


Two very very tired feet (can't speak for Bradley).
One very very tired pregnant mom.
Approximately 18 meals, completely done (not counting all the shredded chicken waiting).
One very very full freezer.

It's a pretty nice feeling.
