I am only posting because I know that they don't come on often, if I thought otherwise I would not post, it's their news!
No, they didn't sign today. We tried and tried and in the end the title company said they didn't have any available appointments until Monday at 11:00 am. That is their official appointment time. However, it ends up as the same thing, as the banks are closed on Monday anyway, so we wouldn't be able to fund until Tuesday, regardless.
