Blood and Numbers

So I thought you would all like to know that I finally know my blood type. It only took me 3 tries in 3 different states over a span of nearly 8 years. I have ....

O positive blood. And you thought I was not really going to tell you. Now you know and everyone knows that "knowing is half the battle." I always wondered what the other half of the battle was when all they do these days is push buttons once they know where to fire. Oh, well.

As for the numbers, I have a guess. I think 700,000 is the number of words a child will be exposed to in elementary school. Not that all of them will be on a spelling test at one point or another but there you go. 26 is the number of usable letters in our American/English language. 44 is the number of letters in the largest word. Don't ask me to tell you what that word is for I have no idea. And lastly, 1024, which coincidentally is 2^10, is the number of bits in a typical spell check program. There you go. As you can tell this is all hogwash and I obviously don't know what these numbers have to do with spelling. But this was fun anyway.
