Water Ballons

I am a little confused. Of the three games I suggested and the dunk tank, none of them use water ballons. I don't know about anyone else, but I really don't want to use ANY water ballons, knowing our family, we could spend HOURS after the carnival, scouring the ground, picking up little, tiny pieces of colored rubber, and that just doesn't sound to me like a great time!
