Before I even finished your questions Keryn, a book popped into my head- The Hero and the Crown- so now I need to think of another.

How about the Giver- in black and white until the apple and his friends hair change color or during the times when the Giver is giving him the memories. Or maybe Dealing With Dragons- wouldn't that be wonderful if they could get a good Kazul.
