Soccer Fans

I logged on today and saw an article that I just had to read. Something about soccer being played in empty stadiums. It turns out that last Friday, a riot happened in a soccer stadium that resulted in the death of a police officer. I think Italy (that's where it happened) is getting tierd of the feelin that anything goes if done in the name of soccer. I think their solution was fair and will work beautifully. Some stadiums are compleatly modern in their security systems and such, while others are severly and dangously outdated. The officials have sent down the ruling that only games played on the modern, security able stadium will be open to the public. All others will be played with NO ONE in the stands. The stadiums will be falling all over themselves to get their systems up to code before next season and, hopefully, the fans will get the hint too! I really hope it works for them. If it does other countries will probably follow suit. The full story can be found at http://sports.yahoo.com/sow/news?slug=ap-italy-violence&prov=ap&type=lgns if anyone wants to read it!
