(I'm not as good at making up definitions as Keryn, but here goes.)

Fugacity - A city in which fugues are the only compositions that can be legally played (although some daring musicians will play an occasional sonata in the city's speak-easies).

Keryn, congratulations! That's so exciting that you get to be a county delegate! I know you'll love that. And thanks for the laugh with the Harrison Ford's wife thing. It was hilarious.
