RE: QOTW

I know that I have REALLY weird dreams, but I can't usually remember them after the first ten-twenty minutes of being awake. But while I'm pregnant (which I'm not, just FYI. Sorry, Amber, you'll have to go it alone this time [end inside joke with Telima]), I don't sleep really soundly, and so I remember my dreams more clearly. I can't think of a specific one, but many times I have thought something really happened (from small, like Ezra's diaper getting changed, to big, like Jenafer telling me they were moving to another country, can't remember which one) that only happened in a dream. And then for days sometimes I have to remind myself that it didn't really happen. It can get confusing.

I have to tell you all something that happened last night. Brad fell asleep with the little laptop on his chest, and I was reading, on the big laptop, the latest chapter LaDale sent me. It was quite late, the room was dark, and the wind was picking up outside, so our back gate was occasionally banging and startling me. And the chapter was quite tense and exciting. Just when I got to a REALLY tense spot, Brad, dreaming, suddenly JERKS his hand up and bats the little computer onto the floor, just like he was getting a tarantula off his chest or something. (Or a hamster.)

I just about died, it startled me so bad. And then I laughed and laughed (quietly, because Brad went back to sleep almost immediately).
