RE: Physics?

Are you kidding me? I was in twelfth grade physics!!??!! and grateful I passed. Well, okay, passing wasn't ever really in question, but I can't say I enjoyed it- too much math. Good think there are people like Samuel around or we'd never get any bridges built.

I was in the eight grade when Pepcon blew although, we were far enough away at Brinley not to have felt anything. I remember it was at the end of the day and we were getting ready to go home and the teachers were trying to tell us something had happened and to not breath the air as we walked home. To this day I don't understand what kind of help that was. If one of us had suffocated on our way home, could the school have been sued for telling us not to breath? They showed us how to cup our hands over our mouths but even that seemed pointless. If the particles of whatever poison was suppose to be in the air were small enough not to be seen, they were definitely small enough to fit between my fingers. If I remember correctly, I did not bother covering my mouth nor, as my continued living status proves, the not breathing part.

Oh, and about lip stick names. I found some great names, like blizzard blue, or tropical rain forest, or dandelion, but in the end I wondered if I really wanted blue or green or yellow lips. How about fuzzy wuzzy brown?

And finally, welcome to the wonderful David and Amy Tobler family. I am so excited to hear what is happening in your lives and hearing (or reading) your responses to our wonderful questions of the week.
