Weather woes!!!

It is 6:00 in the morning and I am getting ready to head out the door to my car. I think to myself, hey, it's January in Colorado Springs, Colorado and it is still dark outside. I will probably need my coat and possibly my gloves and shall I take a scarf? Then I open the door and do I get the cold blast of wintery air I am expecting?? NO!! It was 43 degrees at 6 am. What will the afternoon bring? Record highs- AGAIN. What happened to my winter???? Where's my snow???? I am definitely in the mists of the weather woes!!!!
