RE: HOV again

Now, as my answer was a complete joke because I had no idea what HOV meant, it took me a minute to decide if Keryn was giving a true answer or not. Then, I couldn't stand it any more and looked it up. I found an article that asked if High Occupancy Vehicle lanes work. Although I didn't actually read the article, I am assuming Keryn was indeed right.
