Food gifts

I am thrilled that winter has decided to make an entrance in my sisters' lives. A little less thrilled it made an entrance in mine. We don't get snow down here, it's just windy and nippy.

Well, for all of you who haven't already heard, I got a call today canceling our final walk thru. It has been rescheduled for Monday. We are however still supposed to close on Tuesday.

I went to the store today and in the checkout gave in to an impulse buy. It is a pamphlet put out by Better Homes and Gardens and is called food gifts. Inside is all these recipes for jar cookies and such. P.S. Keryn- I know that you want my whole wheat bread recipe, I just haven't made it in a while and it's not written down. Next time I make it, I'll pay attention and post it. By the way, Jeff wants me to not give the recipe away except to family (I'm humoring him, but none of you have to!)
